There are several request types to choose from and sometimes it's tricky deciding which one(s) are best.
Start by thinking about what exactly you need - is it a photo, a brochure, a media release? If there is a specific need and a form to match that need - go with that one!
If you have a lot of things that need to happen, the comprehensive communication is probably best. This form works for mass communications - you want it posted everywhere (it will ask where in the form) but do not want to complete 4-5 single forms.
If you need any design work, use the design form. This asks specific questions about the design that are not found on any other form.
